Dog Parks

SPCA recommends that dog’s suitability is assessed on a case-by-case basis, based on consideration of age, temperament, life history, and the safety and suitability of the location.

SPCA encourages dog owners to actively monitor their dog’s behaviour to ensure interactions are positive for dogs. Not all dogs find group interactions enjoyable and other activities may be more appropriate and enjoyable.

People should ensure their dog is actively supervised at all times and should comply with the park’s rules.
