General FAQs

What items do you accept?
All items must be in good, clean ready to sell condition; please kindly check your items have no stains, marks, are broken or missing pieces. Our team happily accept a wide range of furniture and bulky household items, including beds, drawers, shelves, cupboards, bedside tables, dining tables, chairs, coffee tables, couches or suites, sofa beds, ottomans, desks, outdoor furniture etc. We also accept electrical items that are safe and in good working condition, including Smart TVs with remote, fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers etc.

Don't hesitate to call our friendly team to check if you're unsure about a specific item, they're ready to offer advice over the phone or you can email us a photo in advance for early assessment. Additionally, our truck team are happy to assess items upon arrival to inform you of their suitability for sale in our Op Shops.

Can you collect on the same day I call?
While we aim to accommodate a donation pick-up as promptly as possible, our schedule can get quite busy. Typically, it make take a few days or up to a week in busy periods. However simply give us a call and our team will provide you with the most up-to-date timings in the current schedule.

Can you pick up in areas outside of Auckland and Christchurch?
While we would love to extend our reach to all areas of New Zealand, our current capability is limited to regions where we have dedicated truck or van vehicles available. At the moment, this only available within Auckland and Christchurch (and surrounding areas) however we're actively seeking viable ways to add more location options in the future.

What Op Shop location can I browse these furniture items at?
Most of the furniture and large household items will either go to Onehunga at 217 Onehunga Mall in Auckland, or our two dedicated Furniture & Homeware Op Shops; Manukau at 65F Cavendish Drive in Auckland and Sydenham at 428 Colombo Street in Christchurch.
