What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming visitors.
- Assisting with adoptions and animal handovers.
- Helping complete paperwork and organise equipment.
- Supporting the Customer Service Team.
- Preparing documents, scanning, and filing.
- Answering and redirecting phone calls.
The skills you need
- Friendly, reliable, and organised volunteers.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Comfortable following instructions and completing tasks accurately.
- Good comprehension of written and spoken English.
- Preferably able to commit for at least 6 months.
