1st prize – 2026 Nissan X-Trail Ti-L e-POWER, valued at $64,990 MRP.

The prize is one (1) 2026 Nissan X-Trail Ti-L e-POWER, valued at NZD $64,990 MRP (correct at the time of publication). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner. If the specified vehicle is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, a substitute vehicle of equal or greater value may be provided. Delivery is within New Zealand only, and the winner must hold a current and valid New Zealand driver licence and arrange insurance before taking possession.

2nd prize – Wendy Wu Tours Thailand Highlights package for any 2027 departure, valued at $14,800, or another Wendy Wu Tours holiday chosen by the winner to the value of $14,800.

The prize consists of either two places or a single place (inclusive of single supplement), based on a twin, double or single room (subject to availability), on the Thailand Highlights tour for any 2027 departure or another Wendy Wu Tours holiday chosen by the winner to the value of $14,800. The prize includes return international flights from Auckland, as well as accommodation, meals, excursions and guiding as specified in the itinerary for the selected holiday. Flights from other New Zealand airports may be available but could incur a surcharge, payable by the winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner must confirm their selected holiday before 31 December 2026, and all travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any additional costs not expressly included in the prize, including but not limited to flight supplements, travel insurance, vaccinations, additional nights’ accommodation and personal spending money, are the responsibility of the winner.

Comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory condition of travel, and proof of insurance will be required upon confirmation. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any travelling companion meet all passport, visa, health, vaccination, fitness and other entry or transit requirements. 3rd prize $5,000 Harvey Norman e-gift card. The prize consists of an electronic gift card (“e-gift card”) for Harvey Norman New Zealand, which will be delivered to the confirmed winner via email to the address provided by the winner. The e-gift card is issued and distributed by Harvey Norman Stores (N.Z.) Pty Limited and expire thirty-six (36) months from the date of issue, after which any unused balance will not be redeemable. Lottery terms and conditions

The total number of tickets offered in SPCA Lottery No. 2 is 15,000, with ticket numbers ranging from 10,000–24,999. Tickets cost $25 each. The total prize pool is $89,790. All draws will be conducted by blind and random selection of included numbers, under the supervision of an independent person, in accordance with the Gambling (Lottery) Game Rules 2004 and the Gambling Act 2003.

Early Bird Draw

The Early Bird draw closes on 20 October 2026. The Early Bird winner will be drawn by blind and random selection at 11:30am on 22 October 2026 at SPCA Hobsonville Centre, 6 Rawiri Place, Hobsonville, Auckland 0618, under independent supervision. The Early Bird winner remains eligible for the main lottery prize draw.

The result of the Early Bird draw will be published on 23 October 2026 on spca.nz/lottery, all ticket holders will be notified by email, and the result will be published in the Sunday Star-Times on 25 October 2026.

Main Lottery Draw

The lottery closes on 24 November 2026. The main lottery prize draw will be conducted at 11:30am on 26 November 2026 at SPCA Hobsonville Centre, 6 Rawiri Place, Hobsonville, Auckland 0618, by blind and random selection under independent supervision.

Results of the main lottery prize draw will be published on 27 November 2026 on spca.nz/lottery, all ticket purchasers will be notified by email, and the results will be published in the Sunday Star-Times on 29 November 2026. All winners will be contacted directly by phone or email.

Any prize not claimed by 26 February 2027 will be referred to the Secretary of Internal Affairs in accordance with the applicable Gambling (Lottery) Game Rules 2004. This lottery is conducted under a licence issued under section 37 of the Gambling Act 2003. Licence number: TBA.

Should early cancellation of this Lottery be necessary for any reason, all ticket purchasers will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price thereafter. Notice of cancellation will be published on www.spca.nz/lottery and via email to all ticket holders and where required, by public notice. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser using the original method of payment as soon as reasonably practicable.
