1^st prize 2026 Subaru Forester AWD Hybrid Sport in colour River Rock Pearl MRP $60,468

The prize is one (1) 2026 Subaru Forester AWD Hybrid Sport in River Rock Pearl, including genuine accessories (carpet mats and cargo tray liner) and on-road costs, with a total retail value of NZD $60,468 (correct at time of publication). The prize includes vehicle purchase, pre-delivery inspection and preparation, initial registration and licensing, number plates and delivery within New Zealand to the winner via the nearest authorised dealership or nominated agent. On-road costs do not include vehicle insurance, fuel or charging, ongoing registration or licensing renewals, or any future maintenance or repairs, all of which are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded. If the specified vehicle or colour (River Rock Pearl) is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s control, a substitute vehicle of equal or greater value or an alternative colour may be provided. All values are correct at the time of publication and may vary at the time of the prize draw. Delivery is within New Zealand only, and the winner must hold a current and valid New Zealand driver licence and arrange insurance prior to taking possession.

2^nd prize one (1) Wendy Wu Tour valued at $15,000 on selected departures in 2026 and 2027 to choice of three destinations Majestic Yangtze, Inspiring India or Vietnam at a Glance.

All prize components are subject to availability. Passports, any alcoholic beverages, any additional meals, spending money and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Visas are included for NZ passport holders only. Travel Insurance is not included but is strongly recommended. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure they have met all health, fitness, and visa requirements for travel to their transit and final destinations, including being medically and physically fit to undertake the tour. All elements of the prize package are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Tour must be decided and booked before 31 December 2026.

The prize is one tour for two pax (twin share) or one tour for one pax (single supplement included). Note that some of the departures are solo only departures (these tours will be indicated by a symbol depicting a single figure with a suitcase). The price on these departures already includes a single supplement, so if the winner is a solo passenger they can choose to travel on one of these, or on any of the other eligible departure dates. All Wendy Wu Tour booking conditions apply. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed on Wendy Wu Tours.

3^rd prize $5,000 Harvey Norman e-gift card. The prize consists of an electronic gift card (“e-gift card”) for Harvey Norman New Zealand, which will be delivered to the confirmed winner via email to the address provided by the winner. The e-gift card is issued and distributed by Harvey Norman Stores (N.Z.) Pty Limited and expire thirty-six (36) months from the date of issue, after which any unused balance will not be redeemable. Early bird prize $5,000 Prezzy card. Provided as a pre-paid card only. The prize is not promoted or described as including alcohol, tobacco, or other restricted goods and by accepting the prize, the winner agrees not to use it to purchase these items. Prezzy® Cards are issued and distributed by ePay New Zealand Limited and are subject to the terms and conditions set out at prezzycard.co.nz. Prezzy cards may be used at any merchant who accepts major credit cards, but some limitations on card use apply. Prezzy cards cannot be used to withdraw cash. Lottery terms and conditions

The total number of tickets offered in SPCA Lottery number 1 is 10,000 with ticket numbers ranging from 10,000 – 19,999. All draws will be conducted by blind and random selection of included numbers, under the supervision of an independent witness, in accordance with Rule 6(14) of the Gambling (Lottery) Game Rules 2004 and the Gambling Act 2003.

Early Bird Draw
The Early Bird draw closes on 5 May 2026.
The Early Bird winner will be drawn at 11:30am on 7 May 2026 at SPCA Hobsonville Centre, 6 Rawiri Place, Hobsonville, Auckland 0618.
The Early Bird winner remains eligible for the main lottery prize draw.

The result of the Early Bird draw will be published on 8 May 2026 on spca.nz/lottery and all ticket holders will be notified by email.

Main Lottery Draw
The lottery closes on 23 June 2026.
The main lottery prize draw will be conducted at 11:30am on 26 June 2026 at SPCA Hobsonville Centre, 6 Rawiri Place, Hobsonville, Auckland 0618, by blind and random selection under independent supervision.

Results of the main lottery prize draw will be published on 30 June 2026 on spca.nz/lottery and all ticket purchasers will be notified by email. The winner will be contacted directly by email.

Any prize not claimed by 26 September 2026 will be referred to the Secretary of Internal Affairs in accordance with Rule 15 of the Gambling Act (Lottery) Game Rules - Conduct of Game 2004. This Lottery is conducted by Licence issued under Section 37 of the Gambling Act 2003. Licence Number LT090000934

Should early cancellation of this Lottery be necessary for any reason, all ticket purchasers will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price thereafter. Notice of cancellation will be published on www.spca.nz/lottery and via email to all ticket holders and where required, by public notice. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser using the original method of payment as soon as reasonably practicable.
