Making a difference in Marlborough
Volunteer with usThe SPCA Centre in Renwick (previously Marlborough SPCA) has been dedicated to caring for all animals throughout the Marlborough region since 1946.
We are a small team with great voluntary support who provide the local community with an essential service, advocating on behalf of animals through education and enforcement when necessary. We do everything we can to ensure all animals receive the love and respect they deserve!
Every year we care for hundreds of lost, sick, injured, abandoned and abused animals from various situations.
Although we work on behalf of all animals, we are also here to serve you, the community of Marlborough.
Specific enquiries
All cruelty reports about companion animals should be made by phone: 03 572 9156 (press option 3) during opening hours.
If your animal welfare complaint is regarding livestock or paddock animals, these will be handled by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) from Monday 20 February. Please call them directly on 0800 00 83 33. Read more about this new model for handling complaints here.
Do not email or Facebook us to report emergencies.
