Cherry
I adopted Cherry after losing my previous cat to cancer. I wasn't planning to adopt new cat, but when I saw her story, it reminded me of one of my previous cats – and I really wanted to meet her.
She was hiding away in her carrier, and was so scared she wasn't even interested in treats. I didn't even get a good look at her at SPCA, but I couldn't leave without her.
It was a slow start and she needed a lot of patience in the beginning, but I'm so glad I trusted my guts and adopted her. She is a huge snuggle bug and very talkative now. She follows me all the time, loves playing and hanging out with me.
I feel like we helped each other heal and I'm so grateful to have her in my life.
