Happy adoption stories
Many of our adopters, volunteers, donors and friends send us stories and photos of the animals who give them so much joy. We dedicate this space to all of you whose lives have been changed by animals.
Little obstacle courses, walking over tarpaulins, lunging, trotting poles and float training and of late I’ve been riding him around the paddock.
We have our walk, trot and canter transitions working well. He is a green horse under saddle but he is always trying to please so I think he will be easy to teach.
He has had bowen therapy again and he is picking up his back feet better now than a few weeks ago. The farrier came the other day and trimmed them up nice. I’ve attached some pictures, as you can see he is in good condition, I have him covered now and his coat is really starting to shine and muscle starting to develop.
It’s nice that between SPCA and his foster mum we were all able to give him a new home – I wanted to touch base to let you know he is a happy boy and his new mum is very proud of him.
